The reservation form is self explanatory. Details of land plot, purchase price and payment details. The conditions are that you pay a refundable deposit into the Zephyr account. Once the deposit has been received copies of the documents will be sent to you, or your lawyer. You will have 30 days from receipt to review these documents and in which to sign and return the land and villa purchase agreement. Once you have done so, you are committed to proceed and the deposit is no longer refundable. You then pay the balance purchase price in accordance with the payment schedule set out in the reservation from. The master agreement sets out the commercial terms and conditions related to land acquisition. The lease agreement is a document which is registered for 30 years with the Thai government.
